自己写的话,挺麻烦的,关键是有GIF98还有其它什么标准来着。可用专业控件RxLib.
在RxLib2.75For Delphi 6中有一个专门的控件来显示GIF文件,而且该VCL是免费的那种。
建议你安装RxLib.
http://51delphi.toplinux.org有的下,是更新版。
