Raster and Vector GIS problem,Help!!!(150分)

When the size of the raster map is increased,[blue]for example 200X200, System hints:
Out of Memory.[/blue],because each cell is a intelligent agent,it need a lot of rule and action
with other agent cell.

But I want the size of the raster map is [red]1000X1000[/red].
So anybody could give me one method to solve this?

Maybe you should import Image Library concept of Arc/Info Grid and arrange your
gigantic image to more smaller image according to capicity computer can access.
And more, you must build a topo (or index, if you like) between images.
