由于这个问题，当时提出时只是问及如何将QR的窗体从最小化状态恢复或阻止其
最小化。而huizhang 也提供了很好的答案。所以我把Points给他了。
至于升级QuickRep的问题：

Compatibility
QuickReport 3 is backwards compatible with QuickReport 2. Some minor
changes may be required for existing reports. If you used any of the
report events, the "sender: TQuickRep" parameter has changed to
"sender: TCustomQuickRep" and is not automatically updated. The
classes that were the qrbonus unit are now in the qrextra unit. If
your Quick Report 2 report did not use a DetailBand, you will have to
add one.
