我试了。在执行到WSAStartUp($101,WSData);时，程序出现异常。<br>怎么回事？怎么处理？

假如网线上没有任何信号，那么肯定有一条线上具有高电平，拔掉网线，高电平信号丢失，网卡控制芯片就会产生一个中断信号，操作系统截获这个信号做出反应。<br>这个是win2000以后新加的功能吧。或许很老的网卡（如ne2000）可能从硬件上就不支持也说不定。
