Help: How to install modem driver?(100分)

OS: Windows 2000 Advanced Server sp3
Device: Conexant HCF V90 56K Data Fax PCI Modem (Model: F-1156IV/R9F)
The modem can works properly on WinME!
but on Win2000, everytime I try to install the driver for the modem, windows
always tell me that:

An error occurred during the installation of the device
The data is invalid.
