asp.net程序无法运行，提示错误信息如下：

可怜，没人帮你，你还是去ASP.NET上找答案。一般不会改machine.config

建议你先升级一下
至少早就是 v1.1.4322 了

我找到答案了。由于我在瑞星杀毒软件实时监控中设置监控所有文件，导致瑞星将machine.config文件锁定，asp.net程序无法运行。后来将实时监控设置为监控程序文件，asp.net程序能够正常运行。

建议你还是用norton吧，比瑞星稳定
