关于多线程的使用(50分)

看了DELPHI自带的例子，也看了大富翁的一些文章
还是觉得莫名其妙，那位高手能指点一下
具体线程该如何创建，如何定义，如何调用，如何释放?

eg:
TDemoThread=class(Thread)
publish
Execute;
end;

TDemoThread.Execute;
begin
while not Terminateddo
begin
end;
end;

//call thread
DemoThread:=TDemoThread.Create(false);//start thread
DemoThread.terminate;//stop thread
