you can use graph,
use a graph editor, such photoshop, in win2k chinese edition,
type in all chinse words you have to display, then
save to jpeg file,
so, you can display it on win2k english edition by place TImage on your form,
and load these jpeg files.
I think there is no other solution.

I mean how to input and output Chinese characters on delphi components,
such as on Button,Label, Editbox, etc. delphi and OS both in English edition.

win2k can support many language(display &amp;
input) in one os.
if youdo
n't like to install these support, you can invert wheel by yourself,
just refer to these c code:

and Chinse input without Chinse OS support, I can help you, not free of course.

I think what you think is a good idea,
there is many professional program need to use these componnent in countries
except China.
I made many part of Chinse OS indo
S and Win31 before there is
any Chinse OS in China, all in C++.
