环境：WINDOWS 2000 SERVER , ORACLE 9i ver 9.0.1.1
1。用enterprise manager console 登录到enterprise server 后，
用sys、system、或自建的用户均不能以sysdba身份打开数据库。
出错ora-01031 insufficient privileges。
但独立启动enterprise manager console，却可以。

2。用导出向导指定的导出作业没有生成任何文件就结束了。
