图象闪烁(50分)

1.请各位帮帮忙，我在DELPHI5中编写了的下面过程运行正常，但是到了DELPHI6中却发生闪烁现象，不知什么原因。

你将form的DoubleBuffered设为true试试看，应该就可以了，
