抓网页(150分)

我有一数据库，里面有一字段是记录网页地址的，这些网页上都有一相同的字符如：姓名，
后面是它的内容，我想把这些内容都抓下来放到数据库中，请问编程怎么实现？
请高手指点！谢谢！

用fastnet下的nmhttp.get('http://www.delphibbs.com');
然后nmhttp.body,取出，下面……自己用字符串处理吧
