如何解决INDY中idpop3控件收邮件标题乱码问题？

SAKMAIL是什么？是FREE的组件吗？在那里可以下载。谢谢。

会不会是编码的问题，我没用过INDY的IdPop3控件，但是用SakeMail的时候也会有编码的
的问题。

是编码的问题，用MIME编码的，但是我不知道如何解码

的确是解码问题，如果自己做一个SMTP发送邮件的程序，在发送时进行编码，在接受邮件时用对应的解码方式解码，则不会出现乱码

有人知道这个问题的答案吗？
