as title.
I am quite familiar with winnt and sql-server and odbc asp iis etc.

it is no problem for me to construct a web-site, but in order to
construct such kind of web-site, it is a little difficult.
I am curious about what kinds of sw are used here to consturct
such kind of web -site?

没有什么特别的软件呀? 基本就是ASP,顶多用delphi写个ActiveX.

i will give the currect answer:
this site is built by Microsoft Active Server Page(ASP)
but one ActiveX Control written by Delphi with the component
sakeMail is used, this Control is used to send mail.
