以前Borland有个基于Web的，但现在主要转为新闻组 forums.inprise.com。

DelphiChat 是位于台湾的一个 Delphi Mail List，
它现在已拥有2000多人参加，每天有数十封信件。
由于是中文邮件组，所以这里非常适合我们这些
中国的Delphifan。参加办法：寄一封信给
majordomo@ibmsrv.cc.nthu.edu.tw 标题空白，
内容为 subscribe delphichat 。
Delphi-L 参加办法: 给LISTSERV@VM.EGE.EDU.TR
写一封 Email ，标题置为空，内容加上以下一句
subscribing DELPHI-L Your_FirstName
Your_FamilyName。几分钟后，待对方的确认信
到达后，回复确认信时在原信中剪下[OK nnnn]贴在
回复信中寄出即可。

这个问题应该是"国外有哪些Delphi mailing list?", 对于这些所问非所想的问题
应该有一个惩罚才行, 花了好多时间打开一个问题, 结果??? 完全不是那么一回事
建议赋予分坛主绝对权力处理类似问题

这个 MailList 的信件量也蛮恐怖的, 不输国内的 DephiChat 喔! 订阅方式为: 寄一封信到
LISTSERV@VM.EGE.EDU.TR , 信件标题空白, 内文(MailBody)写明:
subscribe DELPHI-L Your_FirstName Your_FamilyName
几分钟内, 主机会回覆一份信件请您确认信件可以正确寄达, 此时剪下「 OK nnnn 」贴
到新信然後再寄回去给主机即可完成订阅程序.

Mailing lists are great information resources which allow you to share your
experiences with others and ask questions yourself to hundreds of subscribers. 
Mails with questions and answers are usually sent to a Mailinglist-Server which will
distribute them to all subscribers worldwide. TRY IT OUT - it's a great help !
At e-mail subsriptions, please let the subject line empty and use only the first line of the message body. 
Once you subscribed, most of the lists provide commands to retrieve past articles via the listserver. Beside
that, some of the lists are archived by Reference.com - see description here or on my
"Tips and Tricks" section. 
At some of the mailing lists the correct subscribing-commands change from time to time -
if one of themdo
esn't work, just try it again with the correct syntax which you'll
receive from the mailing list server. Pleasedo
