怎样读取ip数据包的内容（有例子最好）！(100分)

各位高手，我想将ip数据包的内容读出来，然后作一些分析和运用，请问有没有相应的
系统调用或者其他方法可用？

使用netxray或者sniffer或者其他的能捕捉到ip封包的工具捕捉封包就可以.
