delphi do not find RXLib's path,please setup < tool -> environment options ->
libary -> libary path >.

you must install it by youself. The install pdk in the path
../rx/delphi5/,
you must first install three ctr*5.bpk,(in this, you must make them design running,(in
the <option>)).if you sucesslly install them , you can install three dcl*5.bpk.
Then,everything is ok!
