how to handle exception in java?(50分)

Hello ,
I can't use any Chinese input method in Win2000 English version when the locale
and default language is set to English . When I switch input to any Ime , the
IME window do
esn't display and the result is always English chars .
How to solve this problem ?

until you set it to chinese you can't use chinese Ime!
