李维电子商务例子问题(100分)

我编译的李维例子发送到inetpub中，有时浏览正常，有时看不到，怎么回事，
还有，用cgi作应用程序，生成.exe文件，浏览器没反应，用idapi有时正常。
why??,
注：在nt4.0下正常，在2000server上，有时正常有时出现如下错误：
