Where can I find a product or code to do TextToVoice in Chinese? I WILL BUY it.(200分)<br />It's possible people here can not read message in traditional Chinese.
I want to ask again.
Could someone use or know what product or activexOCX that can transfer text to
voice in Chinese?In Taiwan,I once used a ocx,which can do texttovoice but its
sound quality is a pity.
If a ocx or dll can dialout with this transferred voice message to user
that would be better.
In CIM field, people needs to be informed by telephone and mail ,
event mobile phone if error or alarm occurred.I was required to do
the integrated job and do very well except for the texttovoice sound quality.
Please tell me where I can find those kind of product or code.
