用shellapi，字符串处定'MAIL TO：电子邮件地址'，就可以了
命令好像shellexecute,不对你就查一下吧

shellexecute(handle,nil,'mailto:support@handoo.com.cn',nil,nil,SW_SHOWnormal);
记得要uses shellapi单元
