如题！ 我手头有C的代码，因为原理不懂，所以改造很麻烦。有C代码的就别贴了。 求SEAL算法背景、原理。 求SEAL算法的Delphi版本。 或者有谁能够帮忙把C代码翻译成Delphi也可以。 上述三种均有分，第三种可再加600分。

用VC或者DEVC++建一个DLL工程,把你的源文件加入,写一个stdcll导出函数实现你的功能,编译,如果是标准C源程序一般就没什么问题了
