设置ADOQuery组件的ExecuteOptions属性值为[eoAsyncFetchNonBlocking]出错。(20)

我用ADOQuery组件操作DBF数据表，我想采用异步方步操作。我运行期用ADOQuery.ExecuteOptions:=[eoAsyncFetchNonBlocking]后编译时提示“Undeclared identifier”，如果直接在组件的属性框里设置ExecuteOptions的eoAsyncFetchNonBlocking为true可行编译但运行时提示“A connection componnent is repuired for async ExecuteOptions”。这是怎么回事，如何解决？
