求权限管理代码（DBTREE+DBCHECKBOX）(200分)

大家给我一些建议也行啊,占用大家一点时间帮助我一下!<br>主要就是想要和数据库挂接起来,和数据库中的权限表对应起来.然后,通过选择是或者否,确定是否有权利使用该名称所对应的模块!

我的思路就是采用windows权限管理，不过具体，可要点money
