D6安装的dxDBGrid，当数据字段是datetime型时，如果字段为空的给它赋值会出现如下：
调试的错误：

运行程序报错：
Overflow while converting variant of type (Date) into type (Date)
请高手指正！！
个人觉得可能是控件的BUG
