我的 ScktSrvc.exe 为何在NT上不能运行？(200分)

我的服务器运行的Windows NT Pack3，我怎么点击ScktSrvc.exe都不能使它
运行，而ScktSrvr.exe却可以运行起来，也可以用。不是说Scktsrvc.exe是
为NT写的，而Scktsrvr.exe写的吗？
再有，我在试连接数时，在Win95/PII233/32M的计算机运行中间件时，最多
接入100个；在Win98/PMMX200/32M上运行是，最多接入了90个；而在WinNT
4 Pack3/Ppro 200/32M上用scktsrvr.exe,连到了100个以上；谁能告诉我
这东西到底最多几个？与硬件关系如何（是否有个计算方法）？
当连接数比较多时，scktsrvr.exe会偶尔报错“out bound of list”之类
的错误，却似乎不影响程序运行，这里有什么原因？
我是刚刚知道这个地方，只有200分，出跳楼价了！

我试了，可以用的。
不过MIDAS好象有限制，好象要有个LICENSE的

scktsrvc is the NT Service Model for Socket Server
1. Run Socketsvc.exe with paramter /install to install the SockectServer. And /Uninstall for uninstallation.
2. After installation, you will find the Borland Socket Server as a Service on your NT with startup option as Automatic. Every time you start the computer, the Socket Server will run automatically in background.
Sorry, I can not answer the second question.

Socketsvc.exe 不能运行，lzl是对的。至于中间件的连接数，我也做了实验。
我的出的数据比ningliu所得的还要小。只有33个（最后提示内存不足错）。我的机型是K6/300/32M。
我想了一下，主要是每一个连接都要消耗资源。可能和在生成远程数据模块时，
所选的线程模式有关，我是选的Apartment模式。当没增加一个连接，系统就生
成一个中间件映象，也就消耗一分系统资源。。。。

基本上是内存的问题,如果你想得到一个比较合理的系统速度,那么在Apartment方式下是(NT): (Memory-12M)/0.5M到(Memory-12M)/1.5M(决定于具体的传送方式,不过
Scktsrvr肯定是比较偏向于1.5这一边,hehe)
