winsocket编程(100分)

我在开发一程序时遇到一技术问题需请教，该程序前台为widnows98,dephi开发，后台为
sco unix5,0.4,informix esql/c开发，前后台通过socket进行通讯，当前台向后台
connect时，报100061错，我查了一下onlinehelp为：
SAECONNREFUSED
(10061)
Connection refused.

No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.
This usually results from trying to connect to a service that is inactive
on the foreign host - i.e. one with no server application running.
但当我将端口号（PORT）设置为unix后台上的熟知端口（如time的端口号13）时连接成功，
并可取回UNIX主机上的时间，不知为何，望不吝赐教。

unix 机器上对应的端口有无服务程序在运行？

就是啊，上面不是已经很清楚了吗，服务未运行，你要么试试别的端口，
要么改变你的CLIENTSOCKET的服务啊

你的网管是否屏蔽掉了部分端口，查查看。
