150分求解，如何知道对方上网没有(150分)

小弟正在开发一个远程Internet版程序，Client需要向Server每天上传数据。作为Client
端如何判别Server在网上呢？用API函数能够解决吗？

看是否能连上不就行了吗？

你可以把ping做到程序了吗，当然不是让你用windows的ping程序，你的经理怎么知道？

server应该有固定IP的吧

不管它了吧,现在这个问题已经换种方式解决了,由Client端上网之后传送自己的IP.
