The RegisterServiceProcess function registers or unregisters
a service process. A service process continues to run after
the user logs off.
To call RegisterServiceProcess, retrieve a function pointer using
GetProcAddress on KERNEL32.DLL. Use the function pointer to call
RegisterServiceProcess.
