为什么安装了winsock(sp2)后不能用？(50分)

按component菜单下的install....后 选OCX,然后选Microsoft Winsock
Control 5.0(sp2) 安装后 component 栏里的 Ocx 里有 winsock 部件
但是拖到Tform 里则显示 “License information for Twinsock not fund
You cannot use this control in design mode".这是为什么？

很多OCX都有这类问题，就是没license，
没什么别的意思。

你必须有提供license的软件来安装相应OCX，
才能使用。不信试试VB的一些OCX，都是这样。
有的是不装VB就不能用，有的是只能在runtime
运行。

为什么要用OCX呢？Delphi的Winsock不错呀。
是不是看我们讨论这么多Winsock的"毛病"，产生怀疑啦？
