线程连接数据库读取数据问题，急急急！！！！！！在线等待....................(200分)

各位老大，遇到一个棘手的问题，请帮忙：
问题描述：
我用一个线程去数据库（sql2000）表读取数据，然后将数据压入一个拥有20个远程调用webservice传输数据的线程的线程池，问题就出来了，这个读取数据的线程会在偶尔的情况下出现不读取数据的情况，请问是怎么回事呢？（tomcat5.59＋jdk1.5服务器运行，jb2006开发）

另在最初发送数据的时候会出现这样一个警告：

我在jb中调试没有问题，打包在服务器上运行就出了这个了，或许是打包的问题，但是我找了好久都没有找到，郁闷惨..........................
