202.10.11.2:80这个proxy在169能用吗？(21分)

马上要回家了，家里的电信局服务不是很好，寒假的时候要发一封EMail，
告诉我说本地163经常down，只能拨打湘潭的长途电话，在湘潭上163，faint。
听说169挺好的，晓茶一直在Cernet，无缘169，不知道liwei给的这个proxy能不能在169访问到呢？

估计不行，绕来绕去还的down;
169提供本地Guest用户浏览，不只你那169如何？

没有很大意义被我干掉了。最终没有到达。
但这不说明问题，到教育网总是很辛苦的。

169有几种用户, 有的用户是出不了169网的, 比如使用免费的169, 拨号,账号, 口令
都是169, 得到的IP是10开头的, 这时候只能够使用169网提供的代理。
169网的代理服务器有很多，可以用中文yahoo以“169代理服务器”查出来。
