我的意思是要在listbox上放一个背景，而不是在ListBox1.Items上加图片 ，我只加一个背景 然后在这个背景上显示很多条ListBox1.Items记录文本

如下,但是ListBox的内容是画上去的,所以,你可以看到效果,它覆盖了要显示的项目。这个过程写在控件创建之后，FormShow中。

ListBox上加背景图效果不好，因为它在滚动时并不重画每一行，而是拷贝仍然可见的那部分，再画需要刷新的那一行；
所以，要加上背景图，你在DrawItem时得全部刷新一下！我试过的，即使用双缓冲，也还是有明显的闪动。
