我也测试过了,该程序可行,但是不能罗列中文目录与中文文件,让我还是有些郁闷!

到这里去找,上面有很多ftp的代码可以用,我上次就在上面找了一个,非常好用,
不过忘了具体的名字,你可以去搜索一下。
 
到sf.net上看看
另外dotnet 2.0中有ftp类。
