Install the components, use them to build the application you need.
When you want to unlock the executable to be able to run without
started Delphi/C++Builder use the unlocker to unlock it! When this is
do
ne you need to supply included version of mmutil32.dll with your
unlocked application to run it! This dll must be in the same dir as
the unlocked executable in order to run. If you use Win9x you first
need to drag and drop the file you want to process on the unlocker
exe in the windows explorer and then
press "unlock". On winnt/2k
pressing unlock will show file select dialog.
