Ok, installation is fairly straightforward.
1. Copy the KeyBlockNT.sys file to your /winnt/system32/drivers directory (or wherever all the .SYS files are stored on your machine.
2. Double-click the KeyBlockNT.REG file to merge the REG info into your registry.
3. Reboot.

*** WARNING: I wish to express with the strongest possible expletive that
this is a very dangerous utility! This utility disables the
Ctrl-Alt-Del keyboard combination. Imagine the implications:
Once you install this utility you will not be able to logon
to Windows NT! You must make arrangements for auto-login to
your Windows NT system before installing this service.
KeyBlockNT is a Windows NT service that turns off the Ctrl-Alt-Del keyboard
combination. If you're reading this then you probably already know that
Ctrl-Alt-Del is used to login, logout, reboot, etc. in Windows NT. With
this service active on a Windows NT box you will not be able to manually
login to the box. Please make sure that you have an alternate login method
available to you.
To install this service, follow the instructions in install.txt. Did I
mention that you won't be able to login when it reboots?
OK, since you've read this far you know that this utility PREVENTS YOU FROM
LOGGING INTO WINDOWS NT in the usual manner. This is a Bad Thing, unless
it's what you want to do. And you know who you are.
So now that I've spent easily 80% of this ReadMe file admonishing you to
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR SYSTEM SETUP TO AUTO-LOGIN BEFORE INSTALLING
KeyBlockNT!!! I can let you in on a little secret. This version is just a
demo. Sure, it turns off Ctrl-Alt-Del, but if you press Ctrl-Alt-Del 8
times, the eighth one will work. In fact every eighth press of the
Ctrl-Alt-Del key combination will work. Yes, it's a save-your-butt-and-
make-you-pay-me-for-the-real-version backdoor into this demo version of
KeyBlockNT. If you want to just install this program on a friend's machine
and watch the hilarity ensue, then so be it. You don't owe me anything for
the mirth. But when you really need the full functionality of KeyBlockNT
Retail version which completely disables Ctrl-Alt-Del, Alt-Tab, Ctrl-Esc
and all those other nasty keys that wise-ass users like to press, drop me
an e-mail at phil@hord.com to find out how to get it. We can work out
multiple machine licenses and all that business crap then.
