在IIS中的某站点处点右键--->属性--->主目录--->应用程序设置之 配置 --->
应用程序选项--->ASP超时

我修改不了服务器端的属性，我用的是免费空间。难道就没有别的办法吗？

那不好办！只好修改你的代码，让它在超时前运行完毕。这很难改，比如：用户在上传文件时，容易出现这种问题。你只好对系统进行大改，让文件更小些（分块？）。
