ADSL拨号显示已经连接的，但仍然不能上网，为什么？(100分)

我在red hat linux9中用adsl上网，使用了rp-pppoe-3.5-1.i386.rpm,用adsl－setup设置，用adsl－start后显示connected表明已经连同，但我仍然ping 不通任何网站地址，包括电信的DNS地址，但网卡应该没问题，我可以ping 的通自己网卡的地址和localhost，我为这个已经折腾了好几天了，那位大侠能救我于水火，谢谢

问过了，装的时候就要求来一个搞的定linux，结果来了一个号称只是送MODEN的，其他啥都不管，气死我了，装前咨询的时候前台接电话的小姐倒是一口应承没问题，linux一定没问题，我靠。

连接分两路的(我也不太懂，瞎说的)
一个是发包，一个是收包
我刚装宽带的时候，就出现了只能发包不能收包的情况
就是在2000下，连接指示灯的后一个灯不亮
后来是因为网通没给开通，打了个电话他们搞了一下好了
你也打个电话问问啥
这样启不是白白收了你的钱

ipconfig -all
看看地址分配了没有

补充：
用qq看看能上吗？
如果能上，看看dns设置。
还有一种可能：浏览器坏了！

看看本地连接，有没有把网关设成你的adsl的ip。

这个号码和设置是可以在win2000中正常上网的，我用过lfconfig 但如何查看它是否有问题

ifconfig -all
看看有没有分配到internet的地址

问题解决了
default 192.168.1.2 0.0.0.0 UG 0 0 0 eth0
这条有问题
用route del default就可以上网了，谢谢大家的参与，分数平均分好了
