Delphi编写的动态库在VB中调用为何传进去的参数不对(100分)

Delphi中的定义rocedure TCPSendData(SendStr,StrHost:String;IntPort:Integer);
VB中的声明rivate Declare Sub TCPSendData Lib "TCPCommDLL" _
(ByVal SendStr As String, ByVal StrHost As String, _
ByVal IntPort As Integer)
不但参数不对，还提示Bad DLL calling convention
