我先按http://www.euromind.com/iedelphi/getting_started.htm说的做了，

然后[Component]-[Install Component...]，。。。。。。。

rebuild时，出现错误如下：

是否是先要有Twebbrowser，然后才装这个组件。

首先要
卸载Delphi的 TWebBrower！
确定Import Activex Compont 已经装入
microsoft Html object library(C:/Winnt/System32/MSHTML.tlb)
microsoft Internet Controls(C:/Winnt/System32/shdocvw.dll)
我就这样装的！已经可以用！非常好！不过是不支持D7！
象你那样出那么多问题可能是MSHTML_TLB重新导入就可以了！

其实它就是Twebbrowser，只不过另外再实现了几个Interface而已

应该不是什么内存不足，可能你的Delphi出问题了吧？
重开Delphi后每次装都报这个错吗？
因为这是我一直在用的版本，肯定没有问题的。

好象你的ZIP文件没有IEAddress.dcr这个文件啊！不知如何解决呢？

这个是IEAddress的图标文件， 打开那个dpk，删除那一行就是了。
也即是删除 {$R 'IEAddress.dcr'}
或者你再下载一遍。
