战胜XP:关于使用XP 时出现的一个小问题(50分)

我在使用XP 系统时出现了一个这样的问题，不知是什么原因，请那位朋友相帮。
1.我在播放教学软件是出现如下提示:

formation contince.
不知这是什么原因,我在播放VCD时是正常的,请那位有此类似经历的朋友告诉我,谢谢.

你的教学软件是用什么做的？Director？Authorware？

Authorware做的。是什么原因呀？

你的里视频和音频格式XP不支持或丢失！！！你要在检查一下！！！
