机器系统98+PWS，此外还安有office2000/interdrv一类的东西，在做98安全升级后，原来本可以正常运行的delphi5在窗体中设完控件运行后出现如下显示：

此外放MP3的winamp无法运行，显示内存不足，VB也有D5的现象。机器中可以排除病毒（安有KILL98病毒防火墙，此外用诺顿扫毒无），不知道这是什么原因？
此外删除中有如下文件共享（提示见下），不知道是否有用？
