Maximum number of DBPROCESSes already allocated(100分)

我的程序通过bde连接sql server，共建了6个连接，程序开始时执行正常，后来在执行sql
语句或存储过程时发生这个错误。这个错误好像是在建立新连接时，如果连接数超过了
max dbprocesses的值才发生的，怎么我在执行过程会出现这个错误呢？请教高手问题何在？

是执行sql还是存储过程都说:Maximum number of DBPROCESSes already allocated .
这一系列错误是在执行同一个存储过程SendAndSaveToHistoryEx时发生的。sql server和程序在
同一台机上，从没关过。
