在w2k和NT中,怎样实现对口地址的读写?类似c语言的outportb功能(100分)

我在w98中可以通过汇编对口地址读写的,

楼上的COM口通信哦?和端口的IO无关吧?
 
我也很希望知道如何解决这个难题,尤其是在NT下的对口地址的读写。请各高手伸出援手。
