介绍两种方法给你:
1.自己手动将.h文件翻译成.pas文件,我就干过这事.
2.从Borland网站上下载HCWIZARD.EXE可执行程序,这个管用,如急需的话,给我你的油箱,我有现成的,可给你发过去.

Dos 下面用过一个好像叫C2PAS的工具,不过转的代码很多还是要手工处理才能用
