我看Borland公司发布的关于整合WebLogic7和JB7的文章里面，提到
Click the Class tab from the right-hand pane. Hit the Add button and add
jaxrpc.jar from C:/Borland/JBuilder7/lib and click Move Up to make it the
first JAR file. Note that this JAR file is required only if you want to
test Web Services.
但是我没有找到这个文件，请问是为什么。
