Offline Explorer is a Windows
9x/NT program that allows you to
download your favorite web sites
(up to 100 simultaneously) for
later offline viewing, editing
or browsing. OE also has many
web development features that
will allow you to easily edit,
view or browse (OE has a
built-in internal browser) your
downloaded web pages. One of OE
