在启动ORACLE实例时，出现上述错误，请问如何解决？

数据库建好了没有？
可以试试将原来的数据库删除，重建!

是大问题,肯定是控制文件出了问题,如果有备份,尽量恢复这个控制文件
如果是新建的数据库,建议你还是重新创建
