如果用delphi 7 .Net 写Web Server应用程序(100分)

不知道如何好象VS.NET哪样，在哪下手呀
New->Web Server Application->??????
是这样吗？？
还是
NEW->Application
这样？

看了一下说明，要什么dccil.exe 来手动编译才行（不会吧，这么麻烦？？），用它编译一个普通的，说找不到forms.dcuil文件。
我想编译出来的应该是.aspx文件吧！
会做的，说说。

IDE要在delphi.net中才会有的。
你先执行delphi7/bin下的dcc32.

编译出来的是exe啦。

我编译出来的也是EXE，可是我想做出好象VS.net一样的ASPX文件呀，如何做呢？[?]

Interweb写出来的WEB到底是什么东西，有谁知道？
